What are the shipping charges?


We offer free delivery for orders above Rs 800. For other orders, charges will depend on the location where the product needs to be delivered.




How long will it take for me to receive my product?


- It will take around 2-4 days from the date of order to dispatch your product. - If it is a customized product, it will take 3-7 days to dispatch your product. - We will provide a photograph of your order before dispatching it to ensure that you are satisfied with what we are sending to you. - Once the order is dispatched, it will take 2-5 days to reach your address. We will provide a tracking number so that you can follow your package till it is delivered to you.




What if my package is lost or not delivered?


You can inform us regarding the lost package within 10 days from the date of dispatch along with a note from the delivery agency that the package has not yet been delivered. We will refund the cost of the product within 5 working days from date of confirmation. We will not be able to bear the cost of shipment, if any.




What are the locations you ship to?


We ship anywhere within India. Currently, we are unable to accept International orders.

Exchange and Returns

How do I return a product?


Unforutnately, we do not accept returns currently. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer an exchange option. Please check the questions related to exchanges to know more.




What if I receive a damaged product?


You can inform us regarding the damaged product on the date of delivery by providing a photograph of the damaged product. We will assess the damage and then you can opt for an exchange of the same product (design and color). Please check the questions related to exchanges to know more.




How do I exchange a product?


- We provide exchange option for the same product (design and color). - You can contact us to request for an exchange with a valid reason within 7 days from date of delivery. - In case the product is damaged, please infrom us on the day you receive the product with a photograph. - Once the exchange has been confirmed you can ship the product back to us within the next 7 days in the original packaging. We will provide the details where the product needs to be shipped. You will be responsible of the shipping costs to and from your address. - If the item is out of stock then you can choose another product of similar value as an exchange. - The new exchange product will be shipped based on similar shipping guidelines as the original product




Can customized products be returned/exchanged?


We accept exchanges of customized products only if the product is damaged. Since, we are making the product specially for you we won't be able to offer a return or exchange for other reasons.
